| 1. | When the temperature get to the environment dew point , there will be dew on the surface , when the temperature is below zero , we even can find ice on the components . this is the external condensation problem . this problem is a great threat to the safety and service life of the pneumatic system . so this article is the research about it , we try to find out the principle of the external condensation and get a effective method to judge when it will happen , this will give great help to the designer 气动系统在运行中会出现系统元件表面温度下降的情况,当元件表面温度达到环境露点温度以下时就会发生结露,当温度降到零度以下时就会发生结冰,这就是气动系统的外部结露问题。外部结露对气动系统的安全和使用寿命都有很大的影响,本文就是针对这一问题进行研究,通过对气动系统外部结露的原理和实验及仿真的分析,找出判断一个气动系统是否会发生外部结露方法,以对气动系统的设计提供帮助。 |
